Ms. Venter has authored publications and industry whitepapers on the benefits of including daily priced private real estate solutions in DC plans, the analysis of fund style classifications and real estate derivative strategies. Ms. Venter holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelor degrees in Building Science and Architecture from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, South Africa.
Greg Jenkins

Mr. Jenkins joined Invesco in 2010. Prior to that, he was with Morgan Stanley Investment
Management, where he was responsible for institutional defined contribution relationships and consultant relations. Before that, he was vice president of defined contribution sales at Charles Schwab from 2001 to 2007. Previously, Mr. Jenkins spent nine years in sales and client relationship roles, all in the defined contribution arena. He serves on committees with the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA), National Association of Government Defined Contribution Administrators (NAGDCA), and the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council (DCREC). He is a frequent speaker and thought leader on relevant topics in the retirement industry. Mr. Jenkins entered the investment management industry in 1991 and has over 25 years of experience in the defined contribution market.
Mr. Jenkins earned a BA degree in economics from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.

Kevin counsels clients primarily on issues related to Title I of ERISA, but also works with clients on the intersection of ERISA and other federal statutes. He assists insurers in obtaining guidance from the Department of Labor, and helps plan fiduciaries structure investments. He has also worked with plan service providers to structure the distribution of proprietary products in a manner that complies with ERISA’s prohibited transaction provisions.
Kevin is also a member of Groom’s Policy and Legislation Group, where he leverages his deep legislative experience on behalf of clients by providing technical legislative drafting services and strategic advice on interacting with the legislative and executive branches.

Mary Adams

Prior to launching ECG, Mary worked for Merck & Co. as a professional sales representative in the cardiovascular, neuroscience and orthopedic markets. She came to Merck & Co. after helping to establish the Life Sciences division of Worldwide Business Research, a conference company in New York City, where she produced conferences on drug discovery and online retail. Before moving to New York, Mary worked in marketing with the president of an automotive engineering company in Cleveland, Ohio. While there, she produced one-on-one sales meetings, spearheaded the company’s brand identity campaign, and managed all marketing and sales support initiatives.
Mary graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She earned her Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York, where she graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma, American Marketing Association and Phi Kappa Phi honors.
