The 2025 Thought Leadership Summit returns to Chicago on October 9th. This full day program brings together investment managers, consultants, recordkeepers, and plan sponsors to explore how real estate is reshaping defined contribution plans. The agenda features expert-led sessions on global trends, private market integration, regulatory updates, and asset allocation strategies designed for the evolving DC landscape. DCREC membership is not required to attend.

On October 8, DCREC members are invited to join us for our the DCREC Q3 Council Meeting at LaSalle, from 3:00-5:00 PM. That evening, from 5:00–7:00 PM, join us for the DCREC & DCIIA Joint Networking Reception, hosted by Mayer Brown. The Networking Reception is open to all Thought Leadership Summit attendees, as well as DCREC and DCIIA members.
